Tower 1 completion time frame is June / July 2013?
Q: Hello, any idea when is the builder completing this project? The folks at the project are telling that the Tower 1 will be ready by June/July time frame. Considering that last slab work is still in progress, I really doubt it will be complete by June/July. Let me know if you have more information

Roads to Keerthi Gardenia
Q: Hi, have booked a 2bhk flat in wing E yesterday. There are two roads to take you Keerthi Gardenia. One is Via VIBGYOR School and another is via Kundanagalli-gate-signal.

My question is why VIBGYOR road is laid Tar?
(below question may be silly but still)
and any litigation where public-people asking for public entry from VIBGYOR gate to another?

Latest Answer: May be since there is school they do not want traffic to increase in that route.. And that's the reason laying tar is either stopped or kept on hold..

Q: Hi, I am buying a flat but they are quoting 3600 as basic cost.

Latest Answer: It is very difficult to for any of the members to give you a right figure. Depending on market conditions, the builders will be changing (mostly increasing) the base price periodically. As Raj has pointed out, you may be able to get a discount of around Rs. 100 to Rs. 200 anytime on the quoted price. You may start with a bargain of Rs. 300/ . Best wishes, G M A

Can someone help me how to overcome this problem?
Q: I have flat in Keerthi Gardenia which belongs to owner share. I got the demand note for paying my first installment. The amount was to be given in two cheques one in favour of HDFC LTD and another in favour of Anil Kumar Reddy. I gave the two cheques but now Keerthi people are saying that HDFC is not accepting cheque, they want Demand Draft (DD). Now 5 lacs DD will cost me Rs 1500/- as service charge. Han anyone faced similar problem?

Latest Answer: Contact HDFC for knowing the reason for why your cheque is not accepted.

Latest Answer: Anyone please reply to this question? I am a bit confused about the completion date of the project someone is telling it will get completed by 2012 and someone is telling that the expected completion date is by 2015.
