Possession of Westgate B

Q: Hi,
I own a flat in WestGate B . Seeing the status of fairfield wing ,raises concerns over the Westgate wing too. When asked to lodha executive they have a very stereo type reply to it that everything is fine and u will get it by dec 2011.So,i feel that collective effort is required from all owners in form of association or a group to force upon some sense of urgency and responsiblity on the builder

Westgate B -- possesion they have said Jan 2012, any idea of possesion delay payment from the builder as there is a penalty on the builder if they dont give the possesion on time? The aggrement says that

I have purchased a flat in Claermont A, I was promised to give possession by March 2011, the builder has already taken more than 95% of the payment and there is no sign of delivery. After continous follow up , the builder informed that the possession would happen in Sept 2012. I want to companin against the builder, let's join hands together.

I had purchased a flat in Fairfield B in August 2009, I was promised possession by December 2009. The entire payment has been taken in December 2009 and the building is not yet ready (even today). I am taking legal action against Lodha. If anyone is interested in joining hands please mail me at venkat.j.srinivasan@gmail.com and we can make it a class action. I already have about 20 other buyers who have joined me in this case.
