Possession of Westgate B
Q: Hi, I own a flat in WestGate B . Seeing the status of fairfield wing ,raises concerns over the Westgate wing too. When asked to lodha executive they have a very stereo type reply to it that everything is fine and u will get it by dec 2011.So,i feel that collective effort is required from all owners in form of association or a group to force upon some sense of urgency and responsiblity on the builder

Latest Answer: Westgate B -- possesion they have said Jan 2012, any idea of possesion delay payment from the builder as there is a penalty on the builder if they dont give the possesion on time? The aggrement says that
