Status of Bldg No 34

Q: Can anybody confirm the actual status on site?
Why they are not asking for slab wise installments?

Hi, I got the update yesterday saying registration will take more time approx 6 more months, any updates from your end?

Hi Vipul,
I have purchased a flat in bldg. no.34, as well. But it seems that the building isn't even registered. I had spoken to Benjamin, project incharge, who told me it will be done in 3 or 4 months!! Any further updates on that, then pls let me know.

Hi Vipul, I have visited the site 2 weeks back and inquired the same. They have told that all the Mumbai side buildings are still awaiting some approvals therefore, it will take 3 more months for starting construction. It is said that podium level is completed for the entire construction area, including 30+ buildings as well. Which floor you are in 34?
