NON RECEIPT OF DEMAND LETTER AND NO RESPONSE FROM HELP DESK

Q: I have booked flat no ELTIRA F102. On 28th April 2011, I received an e mail from Help desk, requesting for disbursement of SLAB 7 instalment. I have taken Loan from HDFC. HDFC has refused to pay until and unless the DEMAND LETTER IS SUBMITTED, Since then I am writing daily mails to HELP DESK for dispatch of DEMAND LETTER, But have not recd any response. Moreover no body picks up the help line 23024400. They have intimated that if I do not pay within 15 days, interest will be charged. Without completing the builder's formalities and having such a defunct helpdesk, I fail to understand how can they mention about charging interest. This is not what I knew about LODHA BRAND. CUSTOMER SERVICE seems to be there last priority.
