Date of registration and handing over of the flat

Q: Whenever we approach for any clarification regarding the registration or handing over the flat we get the answer that the person in charge is not available or he is in an urgent meeting or some other lame excuses.I wonder why a reputed builder neglect the buyers like this.

I have purchased a flat in this project and really pissed of with their approach in handing us our flats. So I request all the owners to connect and lets form a group and approach them and will threaten them with legal action. generic replies from the builder... Anyways they have been revising dates since 2007 and have never yet handed over a single flat.. For me it was Jun 13, then Oct 13 and now it is Mar 14 after possession intimation in Dec 13. They boast of Corporate company structure but on ground each Department work without coordination. Sales gives any dates that they could think of, to get the money from their prospective customers. The construction GM, says he does not take dates from anyone and the sales GM gives says the dates are decided by the company and final. CRM tries to rope in customers giving false promises... they said they will help move in even if electricity is not provided by TNEB by giving power connection through gen sets in Jun 13. All this till the time we have not signed their one sided agreement. Once they have conned their customer in broad daylight they are cool..Everyone is loosing money.Need to connect. Today me and my husband went to the sight..they dint allow us initially.people from office checked whether we are buyers...we told them we already bought the flat...then after big discussion and argument we were allowed...status is the same only from september...no change..now they have plannaed to handover A,B,&C blocks this december..then D,E,F on march 14...I am really tried of hearing this again and again...workers in the sight are very low hardly 20 to 25 people r working...if purva is giving it atleast this time then the brand is saved.else only god have to save them...they have to keep in mind that they r playing with people's hard earned money....
