Looking for a 3bhk apartment

Q: I am looking for a 3bhk apartment at swanlake. Pls let me know the opinion about this project also accessibility to schools, daycare ,supermarkets if v settle down here.it seems many apartments are still unsold. Please give your opinion.

Funny.. purva windermere is still under construction and has not yet completed. How are you living in project which is under construction!!!!!!!!

I stay at Chennai in Purva Windermere. I love it here as the society provides its residents with all the social & security needs which makes us more than happy. Have been residing here for a year now. Quite happy with the way things are.

Any Kendriya Vidyalaya around kelembakam, tiruporur, siruseri .Coz my kids are studying in kv islands ground , central chennai .I am planning to shift to kelambakam my own house , but woried abt kids education .Any ideas ?
