Lodha Cheating by charging Interest amount

Q: Hi,

I have booked the flat in casario and customer care are charging huge interest unnecessary with their delay in the process. In my case registration done on 11th and demand submission will be on 17th may. And later they charged huge interest on that amount

let us all jointly send a legal notice as they are behaving like thugs. I have a combination flat and a single loan. so the bank disburse the payment as a single payment but lodha is asking me to pay for the second flat after having credited the whole payment against one flat. Also they r sending demand letters when the paticular stage in initiated or in progress. Payment falls due only on completion of a stage. They are wores that the private lenders and their customer care behaves like underworld suppari killers.
