Why Interest has been charged and when are we getting the registered copy

Q: Why interest rate has been charged as i have got thje registry done on 11th june and till date havent got the resistered copy in absence of that no bank will provide the loan so how will i be making payment.

Hi
Do not consider the calls made by their call centers or recovery agents. Unless and until the demand letter is received, do not make any payment. Strictly tell them to send the demand letters and only then make the payment. Me too had faced this problem, but took strongly with their senior project officers and finally got this answer.
