The exiting apartment once construction over, he should hand over the documents. But He gave us color xerox of land documents. (he is telling he don’t have the original document, but he shown the original document when our apartment registration time). Builder is saying he doesn't know where he is having that copy of Approval for generator. BBMP and BESCOM this also he don’t have . Kaveri water connection Now BWSSB is giving water connection in our area, We approached builder and he is saying that he is not responsible for that. but he collected the amount 50,000 for each apartment.
