As per our latest update, the cost of Nitesh Cape Cod is between Rs. 75.6 Lac to.45 Cr.
The additional charges are Rs.9 Lac plus VAT SERVICE TAX plus REGISTRATION

Nitesh Cape Cod is an under-construction project and approved by BBMP, BDA, A- Khata, BWSSB, KSPCB, BESCOM, BSNL and Banks such as HDFC Home FInance and Yes Bank are funding this project.

As far as RERA Approval is concerned, its RERA Acknowledge Number is PR-KN-170801-000959

Nitesh Cape Cod is an ongoing residential project by Nitesh Estates, located off Srjapur Main Road, Bellandur, Bangalore. It is offering 2,3, and 4 BHK residential flats. Variants are available from 1260 - 1340 sqft(Built-up area) in 2 BHK, 1697 - 1716 sqft in 3BHK, and 2025 - 2385 sqft in 4BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.6000 per sqft. This project is spread over 4.5 acres of land consists 317 units in 8-towers. As per the developer, its possession date will be March 2019.
