What are the BBMP Rules for Car Park?

Q: I purchased a flat in a apartment complex in 1999, under CMC; There are 10 Flats; out 10 Flats 2 Flat owners took each 2 Car park slots, with the result myself and other flat owner is not having a car park.
Now it is under BBMP area.

What BBMP Rules say regarding Carpark? Please enlighten me.

Is your apartment complex has a registered Apartment owners association, if yes bring the issue in GB meeting and seek for your car parking. If apartment is still under builder control and the building/amenities are not handovered, write a letter to builder seeking a parking space for your vehicle. If you can't find a satisfactory result, you can seek legal expert help (in ultimate)
