I am planning to book a 3 bhk in Confident Aquila this week. Over all this area is quite remote and just 2 km from Sarjapur village and is also under BMRDA. As per my understanding, properties under BMRDA do not appreciate as much as the ones under BBMP. Over all I needed some inputs on whether this can be a good investment from future rental point of view.
Do let me know your inputs, I am unable to find any reviews online.

Hi Sandeep, I am also planning to book 3 BHK in Aquila. But I am bit confused abt the price. Any idea about what should be the best price in this location. Particular Approval is not the deciding factor for appreciation of any project, Given the land location and future growth particularly in white field and Sarjapur, this destination would be hot spot for investment perspective as well as living.
