Confident Aquila review and inputs.

Q:
Hi Folks,

I am planning to book a 3 bhk in Confident Aquila this week. Over all this area is quite remote and just 2 km from Sarjapur village and is also under BMRDA. As per my understanding, properties under BMRDA do not appreciate as much as the ones under BBMP. Over all I needed some inputs on whether this can be a good investment from future rental point of view.

Do let me know your inputs, I am unable to find any reviews online.

Hi, Considering the location of Confident Aquila, its really good. The construction is on full swing. I own a 2BHK flat in Aquila, for some personal reason I want to Re-sell the flat. Any one interested??

Hi Sandeep, I am also planning to book 3 BHK in Aquila. But I am bit confused abt the price. Any idea about what should be the best price in this location. I mean the per sq feet price considering the location, builder name and consutruction quality of the project. Would appreciate your response and suggestion. Thanks, Bhrigu Bansal

Particular Approval is not the deciding factor for appreciation of any project, Given the land location and future growth particularly in white field and Sarjapur, this destination would be hot spot for investment perspective as well as living.
