IGNIS BUILDING POSSESSION DELAYED AGAIN

Q: Recd a letter postponing the possession from Apr 2011 to March 2012 for a flat in IGNIS. Will they pay rent from Nov 2011. will they postpone again. Can they use the 'Force majeure' clause?

Hi, I booked my flat on Sept' 2009 at Runwal Garden City-Phase 2. Building name Jasmine, Balkum, Thane and the possession date in agreement is Dec 2011, but still no possession is given. Please look into the issue. Regards, Vishal
