Q: K hemani , ruchi priya developer uptown project ka divali west is not trustworthy. He has taken cancellation in 2016 saying refund money as his sra projection is illegal and no cc for uptown from 2015.
Maharera came into force in 2017 hence he is enjoying the money taken. Is it any settlement possible as you are advertisement in various project. 200 customers are struggling.
Latest Answer: You can file a complaint to Consumer redressel Forum in your city. I am sure, you will get positive response from them. You can also lodge a complain with your state RERA authority.

Q: Mohan Group has Delayed the Possetion for four years.Although the possetion date was written in the sale agreement. Also some of the flat were having leakage issue in Mohan Greenwoods. Also Builder has taken one time society maintenance fund from all of us. They are calling it as Soeciety Maintenance Corpus fund. and the same will be hand over to society after society is formed. Our Society is formed but builder has not handed over all the money properly to society. Out of that lot of money used by builder to pay their employee salary and to hieght Diwali Bonus that too huge. Which is very wrong. They have misuse our hard earn money. Guys be aware about these issues which we have faced. This might help someone. We got be wise and alert.

Q: Mohan Gorups- Misused Society Maintenance Money.
They have taken around 1.35 -1.5 lac+ Society maintenance Fund from each member. but While handing over the society, we have noticed that they have paid their employee salary and huge Diwali bonus from this Society maintenance fund. Which definitely unethical and incorrect. They have misuse our society maintenance fund.
Latest Answer: In Mohan Greenwoods some peoples were having leakage in flat as well and too at the time of handover. That is true builder paid their employee salary and Diwali bonus from society corpus find.

Latest Answer: I booked 1 BHK compact in this project last month, with late possession in September 2021. I have heard and read many reviews of different customers buying at different prices of same structure. I had booked 404 sq ft at 48.5 lac all inclusive. I continuously feel that I could have got better deal for the same price or this price should have been reduced to 40 lac. Is this the right deal or has someone got it in much less price?

Q: I am looking to Book a 1BHK @ Oyster Living Dahisar. Can some one please advise if the Builder will keep up to the Promise of delivering the Project- also what si the Current status of the project - I visited the site and i still see all the existing Slum and Building as it is. Is it advisable to put Money here- it would be for my personal use and i can wait for 5 to 6 years
Latest Answer: I would also suggest to not burn your hard earned money on this project. I had visited their sales office they offered me good discounts and home capital option to reduce home loan burden and they promised to give possession by June 2025. I wanted to study about the project and builder and then decide if I should buy or not.. but their lured me to pay token amount so that I can get spot booking offers with the promise that if decide to cancel within 7 days I would be refunded my whole token amount within 10-15 working days. But when I researched about the project on MahaRera site and also talked to people of that area I found that these project is going on from 2008-09 and there is already complaint filed against the promoter on MahaRera site.. So I decided to cancel my booking and now they are telling that I can request for token amount only after 36 weeks.. I think their sales executives are duping people collecting money from them so that they can get their salary from that money.
