Shriram Chirping Woods is an ongoing project and the villaments in this project are expected to get completed by end of 2016. The project has got approval from BBMP, BDA and all leading banks. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 6600.

How much will a villament cost me in total? Is the builder negotiating or giving nay kind of discounts?

The price of the villament ranges from Rs 1.92 crores to Rs 2.15 crores excluding registrations.
You will get diamond jewelry worth Rs 2 lacs or No Pre EMI offer or 30% down payment and rest on completion, if you are booking a villament. The offers are valid till 30th Nov,2015 and two offers can be clubbed.

Do not buy or book any flat. Poor construction and very slow progress. They are cheating people taking booking amount with false promises. You will not get any refund soon once you are trapped in their fraud marketing propaganda
