I have also purchased a flat in Kristal Emerald.
Seeing the pace at which the work is progressing I dont think the project will be completed in the near future.
I have already initiated legal proceedings against these builders as they were supposed to deliver the flat by 2009.
A time delay of 5 years cannot be justified in any case and the only option we are left with is to approach the court.
