the apartments are located in close vicinity to some major schools and hospitals in the area. Some of these include Saint Mary's LPS, St. Jude English Medium High School, and Kendriya Vidyalaya. Major Hospitals include Life Care Clinic Ernakulam, Swiss Dental Care and Indira Gandhi Cooperative Hospital.

The villas are available in two variations for both 3 and 4 bhk villas. the smaller 3 bhk villa is around 1811 sq ft and the bigger one is around 2000 sq ft . The 4 bhk villas are also available in two sizes of 2327 sq ft and 2525 sq ft size area.

Floor plans for the villas have been released and it seems like the villas are decent. The villas are made in two floors , the ground floor has a separate living cum dining area and a kitchen with a dedicated dining area, and a master bedroom with an attached toilet. there are two bedrooms on the top floor with attached toilets, a living area and an open terrace.

The villas are spread on around 4 acres of land and the starting price rates for a 3 bhk in the community is around Rs. 1.30 crores and it can go as high as 1.56 crores. Whereas the 4 bhk villas cost price is around Rs. 1.66 crore to Rs. 2.20 crore.

Hello, If you are looking for 3 and 4 bhk villas in the gated community you shuld know that the number of units that the builders have put up for sale are just 16. I think the villas are going to be full soon if you are interseted try contacting the builders.

the villas are basically still under construction and will not be available for possession anytime soon. But I am pretty sure more than half of the construction work must be complete as the dates of possession have been released and are during the month of May this year.

Some of the basic facilities that they are providing in the villas include a garden, 24-hour backup, security personnel, a clubhouse, and a community hall for all social fuctions and gatherings of the residents. Some health related facilities include a swimming pool, and a play area.

Hi, the project you are talking about is another one of National Builders residential projects. The builders have completed around 100 projects in Navi Mumbai and Kochi in the lat 20 years and are now working on some 8 residential projects including National Empress Garden Villa.
