Educational infrastructure around the project is also nice some of the institutes around the area include Academy of Fashion and Designing and St. Mary's LPS.

Seeing the pace at which the work is progressing I dont think the project will be completed in the near future.
I have already initiated legal proceedings against these builders as they were supposed to deliver the flat by 2009.
A time delay of 5 years cannot be justified in any case and the only option we are left with is to approach the court.
