Canopy Monarch is now Monarch Serenity and since 2012 the progress has been good.

As you have rightly mentioned, Monarch has taken over the project and is now the Land Owner as well as Developer for the Project.

Dear Sir, We congratulate you on booking your new home at Monarch Serenity. As mentioned to you, due to the inability of the earlier builder to complete the project as per schedule, the project has been taken over by Monarch Properties and therefore there is a change in the name. Monarch Properties is a part of the Monarch Group which has multiple completed projects that include hotels such as ‘The Monarch Hotel’, Brigade Road
