The documents needed in buying a residential property are Title Insurance, Homeowner’s Insurance Policy, Allotment Letter, Lender’s coverage, approved layout plan, approved building plan, original sale deed, Completion Certificate, etc. As per my knowledge it is same, but confirm once with concerned authorities. Get all these verified by a lawyer first and then proceed with your deal.
