Latest Answer: Hi, no dough that properties price is increasing day by day but Chennai market is known for end user market . people usually buy properties for own use not for investment. as in 2004 most of the project is unsold rather then new project launch.

Q: I am planning to buy a residential property. What are the documents needed? Is it same for all cities or it differ?
Latest Answer: The documents needed in buying a residential property are Title Insurance, Homeowner’s Insurance Policy, Allotment Letter, Lender’s coverage, approved layout plan, approved building plan, original sale deed, Completion Certificate, etc. As per my knowledge it is same, but confirm once with concerned authorities. Get all these verified by a lawyer first and then proceed with your deal.
