The metro rail is expected to be on tracks at Malleshwaram in 1 or 2 years. The Sampige Road is going to benefit a lot out of it. The old buildings are giving way to new swanky ones in the area. Yes, people are already aware of this and they are beginning to invest in Malleshwaram.

Malleswaram has transcended from being a traditional old area to one of the most famous commercial hotspot in the city, having the Asia’s biggest mall – The Mantri Square, and numerous malls in the area. The rates are forecasted to surge by at least 30% after Metro rail starts its service in Malleswaram.
