Information needed on the builders in Lucknow

Q: I had bought a flat in Lucknow few months back. Recently I came to know it is illegal construction. What happened to the builders? Were they fraud?

Lucknow Development Authority did a complete investigation over the builders who had raised the building in the small area plots. Nine builders were caught in the illegal building scam where they constructed multi storied buildings on the land where the area was nearly 2000 square kilometers in Mahanagar inLucknow. FIR was filed against the builders over the plots.
