Q: Who is the builder of Amazon Vally and exact location of is construction site.
Latest Answer: Hi everybody, Mira Road is a fast developing locality in North Mumbai. The locality offers easy connectivity to Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Several well known developers and builders have their projects here such as RNA Builders, Chaitanya Builders and Kalpataru among others. Mira Road is well connected to different parts of the city by the state transport buses and Thane Municipal Transport buses that ply between Mira Road and Thane. The locality is also well connected via rail, as Mira Road also has a railway station along the Western Line of Mumbai Suburban Railway. The locality offers all the social amenities such as schools, colleges, hospitals, movie theatres etc. Shopping options such Big Bazaar, Croma, Maxxiz Mall etc are great crowd pullers.

Q: I bought a 3-BHK Flat in PGE for which registration was done in June2010. Possesion of the flat was given in July2012 . Delay was due to poor quality & incomplete work. I had visited this Flat in Jan.2013 after taking possesion for giving it for rent.To my horror I found th ceiling of Ona of the bathroom had fallen due to leakage from top.Entire master bedroom wall and ceilig were spoilt due to leakage. Root cause was that their sewage and drainage systemleaks frequently. Ceiling are made of Plaster of Paris boards not heard of in permanent construction??Response of the Team looking after the site was that it they wouldnot attend to it. It is customary for them to provide such temporary ceilig & customer is suppose to do permanent construction. It is shockig experience that in a luxury Flat builder is following such practice.Like to share this with other residents and Know their experience. Please advise how do I get solution of this problem where
Latest Answer: Builder is Up township and they have handed over the charge to m/s WAVE Infratech for maitenance. None of these people at H.O. level are responding to mails. It is over a month. I wish to get feedback from the other owners/residents of plumeria garden estate about their experience.

Q: We bought a plot of 1/2 acre in Reverdale farm houses near to Mulshi dam area Mulshi wnich is near shinhadhad road in pune 7 years back . plot is registered .now wnen I an searching on line for the Riverdale office phone no ,which was near to deep banglow chowk, pune, I am not getting it , any one can help with this.


Our last visit was 5 years back ,
Latest Answer: We bought same 1/2 acre plot in 1998. Neither the Happy Home people are traceable nor any development is seen in that area. Anyone having any information about Happy Home, pl put it up on this portal.

Q: I had bought a flat in Lucknow few months back. Recently I came to know it is illegal construction. What happened to the builders? Were they fraud?
Latest Answer: Lucknow Development Authority did a complete investigation over the builders who had raised the building in the small area plots. Nine builders were caught in the illegal building scam where they constructed multi storied buildings on the land where the area was nearly 2000 square kilometers in Mahanagar inLucknow. FIR was filed against the builders over the plots.
