Latest Answer: Builder is Up township and they have handed over the charge to m/s WAVE Infratech for maitenance. None of these people at H.O. level are responding to mails. It is over a month. I wish to get feedback from the other owners/residents of plumeria garden estate about their experience.

Nine builders were caught in the illegal building scam where they constructed multi storied buildings on the land where the area was nearly 2000 square kilometers in Mahanagar inLucknow. FIR was filed against the builders over the plots.
