Q: Hi, What type of flooring should I use for creating a Pool Room? How about Wood or Granite floor?

Also, if there is smoking allowed in the Pool Room, using carpets isn’t a good practice for the obvious reasons. If you are hell bent on using woods, they Maple Wood Flooring is apt for the complete setup.

It is better if you avoid wooden flooring as it creates a lot of noise from heavy footsteps. Also, it doesn’t suit for places of loud music and the wood squeaks at certain places. A hard floor surface is best suited for a pool house, where music is played aloud. You can incorporate LED, laminated between non-breakable glasses for some nice ambience inside the room.
