Litigation on Paramount Pilatus

Q: I have come to know that there is a Mumbai court injunction whereby registration of flat in Paramount Pilatus is under stay till court case is settled. Is this true? I got this information from flat owners who booked the flats. However they are now selling it off.

Can some one please confirm the above? As I am in process of discussing flat at this project. PLease Please PLease

Here is what I figured out. There is a family dispute between in-laws. In-laws hold 10% stake in the project, considering the project size, the dispute would most likely get resolved. Not able to get any other details beyond this.

And also since LIC and SBI are providing loans for the project, it is a safe bet since these 2 institutions do a through check wrt documents of building
