Eco-friendly villas generally cost 20 to 30 % more than the conventional homes because of the materials used in construction such as low VOC paint, natural stains and formaldehyde-free glue. For a first hand experience, you should visit the eco-friendly homes constructed by the builder, from whom you are thinking of buying the eco-friendly home.
