Are the butchers responsible for rise of epidemic diseases in Bangalore?

Q: As I am a resident of Bangalore, I see epidemic diseases are rising in the city by creating an unhealthy environment. Municipal Corporation is trying its best to keep the city neat, but I feel some illegal butchers are making it worse. I want to know how the butchers are making the city worst?

Many meat shops don't have health or trade license for their shop, still they are growing their business by dumping their wastes in an improper manner. So it can be assumed many illegal butchers are the key factors for spreading epidemic diseases in Bangalore. These butchers are dumping their wastes here and there rather thrashing it into proper drainage. This way, the epidemic diseases are rising by ruining the city's environment.
