Is Shah Alpine is authorized to make 12 floor?

Q: Since I have read in news paper that some of the building on Palm Beach road are unauthorized, so I want to ask this question. Please help me.

The high rises in Palm Beach Road were stated illegal because the builders had violated construction norms. If you are buying property in any apartment in Palm Beach Road and not sure about its authorisation status, then you can check the details with the builder or other residents. Check the apartment documents before buying.
