Godrej Properties collaborate with Universal Builders

Q: I heard that the Mumbai based real estate Godrej Properties has signed an agreement with the Bangalore based real estate Universal Builders for a project in Bangalore at Electronic city and Is it true that the Godrej Properties will get 11% of the total revenue?

Godrej Properties announces a tie up with Universal Builders where the GPL will act as development manager of premium residential villas spread over 14.5 acres at Electronic city, in Bangalore the land was owned by the Universal Builders and they have approached the GPL for the joint venture and according to the agreement the GPL will get 11% of the total revenue. The share rates of the GPL rose upto 2%. The amenities in this villa will be swiming pool and club house.
