Also Prestige Group, which usually did only large-sized apartments between 1,300 sq ft and 1,800 sq ft, has also reduced floor sizes in Prestige Tranquility which is being developed in off Old Madras Road in Bangalore. This shows how important are the small size apartments to buyers in the new trend.

Latest Answer: Rajarhat is a very prominent and popular area of Kolkata. Infact one those area which is highly preferred by home buyers. As far a as i know property prices in December 2012 were around Rs 3567 per sq. ft. There more than 140 residential projects in that area. I am sure investment in this area will prove fruitful as property prices will rise in near future.

Latest Answer: sir we have applied with orginal documents and the land is registered befor going to litigation and the case also went to supreme court we have won case in supreme court in 2008 we have applied go166 in hyderbad for your land in nandhi hills rangareddy district in collcerate they have shown the list of approved go166 in that list there is your name it was approved 2010 but till now 2013 we did not recevie g0166 payment oder sir who get payment oder please help me suggest me
