when will the approval for the 11th floor will be ready?

Q: Hi i have a flat booked at Gulmohar block at the 11th floor iam a NRI and iam really worried about the payments cos the approval for the 11th floor is not yet sanctioned. Please advice as i got my appartment booked on april 2011. and iam done with the first initial payment and there is no notice for me to pay the second payment and i dont want to rush my payment so i getmy another 20% cash locked into their account unless their plan for th 11th floor is approved. Looking at the news today the tamilnadu govt sealed 32 violated prime shopping sites iam even more worried now.

iam coming down next month to india please advice me the points i should ask them and is it possible for me to ask them to give me some assurity for not increasing the floor rate incase if there is any further change in floor plan and get that in written statement.
