City civil court case at Manar Elegance

Hi! I am looking at buying an apartment at Manar Elegance. One of my friends is staying on rent there. Aby John, all that you have written appears to have been the case long time back. I saw the campus just 2 days back. Now it's absolutely fine. In fact, it looks quite pretty - nice landscaping, large covered parking areas, lifts, power backup, STP water, water harvesting, decent sized swimming pool, club house, library, servant's toilet, big lobbies...everything is there. Residents have pretty gardens in their balconies too. Construction quality looks okay from the outside. My friend told me the wall that collapsed was because the land next door had been dug deeper than the wall which coupled with heavy rains aggravated the situation. However, since then the builder has fixed it. I like the place and am quite keen on it as of now.
