Q: I have seen a property in B T Road which is 30 years old and the flat is on 3rd floor without lift which will cost me 2200 per sqft and a new one will cost me 2500 per sqft. Can any one suggest me that should I do?
It is better to buy a new flat then to go for an old one, you will get loan easily for the new flat, new flats will fetch more rental return and you can also easily sell the new property than the old one.
