Interested in buying a residential plot.

Q: I do not stay in Delhi-NCR but in future I am planning to shift in Pune, my preference will be Lahegaon area where I am planning to buy a residential plot. What is the future of this kind of investment? Will the plot be safe from the grab of the local people and is there any rule that we have to construct a house within a period of five years?

What is the price/sq-ft. of you plot? Is it a Agriculture plots or Non Agricultural Plots? Where is the project exactly situated? How is the connectivity and the basic facilities from the plots?

The investment in such a plot is a good idea. Land grabbing will not be there but then also for bettermet you can put compound walls to protect the plot or you can ask any local person to take care of your plot. There is no such rule that you have to construct a house within five years.
