Hi, What is the price/sq-ft. of you plot? Is it a Agriculture plots or Non Agricultural Plots? Where is the project exactly situated? How is the connectivity and the basic facilities from the plots?
The investment in such a plot is a good idea. Land grabbing will not be there but then also for bettermet you can put compound walls to protect the plot or you can ask any local person to take care of your plot. There is no such rule that you have to construct a house within five years.
