Q: Can any one tell about this project ? Is it a good idea to purchase a flat? This project is marketed by Artha and builder is AMR, even I don't have any idea about this builder. Please share the details if any one knows.

The project is a gated community of 298 villas with modern facilities like swimming pool, club house, fitness center an d many more. The project offers 3BHK, the price of per sq ft is Rs 2579 with a total area of 1200sqft and the connectivity from the place to the city is also very good.
