Q: I am planning to buy a 2 bhk flat in Mahaveer Lakes. Existing customers of other Mahaveer projects please tell me about the quality of construction of Reddy structures and any complaints regarding them.

I am planning to buy a land owner share flat now in Mahaveer Lakes. The sales guy told me that the Cauvery water supply is there for the apartment. Is it true? Are you getting cauvery water there? I am waiting for your reply as I am planning to visit again this Saturday.

When I inquired about the project many be few months back it was told to me that they are going to provide Cauvery Water connection but not sure if they are really providing or not. I think it will be better if you can talk with some of the owners already staying in this project.

Whenever I am happy about any of the service, I call the service provider and Thank him. This is the maximum that I do, but when I am dissatisfied, I make sure that I make enough noise so that the world hears. Any of the goods/services provided would have positive receivers and negative receivers too. Because of inherent human behavior, negative gets noticed well. Thankfully I could see only 2 of such comments in some web and of the two, one of the person had comeback saying that his issues are well responded and are resolved too.

Though I am not marketing for Mahaveer :-), i thought sharing my experience might help you to some extent. So you dont have to go purely by comments online, they obviously distract you. Instead you can visit all these builders' completed properties and randomly talk to people there and listen to their experiences.

sharath and all, i too have bought property at mahaveer lakes.. thankfully all my experience with the sales and construction team there has been pleasant till now. Also i have observed that the construction of this project is moving as they had promised. It is not just of my flat, but of the entire project. I could notice this through the visits i am making almost once every week.

Talking about the negative comments, before i finalized on this project, i had made good research of all the builders. One stunning things i could notice was that ALL the builders in category A (like brigade and so) and category B (like mahaveer, shobha etc) have such comments. There were no comments Category C onwards as they are small time builders with less than 50 flats. Why so?? here is what I think.

Hi rakesh i heard there is seepage problem and i personally felt the quality is not good when i visited the site recently. So i have dropped the idea of buying a flat in Mahaveer Lakes

Hi Sharath and Srinivas, I have also booked an apartment here and as per the sales guy, I was told it is BBMP approved and is an eco friendly project with natural surrounding. The group is also renowned with no broken promises as such. please let me know if anyone comes up with any review of the project.

Mahaveer Lakes is located at Uttarahalli Main Road, Off Mysore Road and is a project by Mahaveer Group or Reddy Structures. The project is BBMP approved. The project offers 2 & 3 BHK luxury apartments and they are spacious with natural surrounding and contemporary interiors. I have booked an apartment in the same project and believe me you would not regret the decision.
