Q: Kaveri connection sanctioned. BBMP is asking more bribe to give road cutting letter?

We have already got water connection approval. Only pending is BBMP approval for road cutting.

Without occupation certificate it is difficult and as per my knowledge, if the building is more than ground floor plus three floors, you are required to produce the occupancy certificate for getting water connection and permission for road cutting from BBMP Bangalore
