Q: I am planning to buy a site in PSR Icon Valley by "Focus Realtors". I would like to know if it is safe to go ahead, what is the legal status of the project?

It is good property, if it is re-sale, make sure they have cleared all the arrears of association fee.

PSR Icon Valley is new project but the Focus Realtors is also one of leading developer in Bangalore.
