Interested in buying a property in PSR Icon Valley by Focus Realtors
Q: I am planning to buy a site in PSR Icon Valley by "Focus Realtors". I would like to know if it is safe to go ahead, what is the legal status of the project?

Latest Answer: It is good property, if it is re-sale, make sure they have cleared all the arrears of association fee.

Site at PSR Icon Valley- what is the return expected
Q: Hi,
I have been to this site recently and shown some vacant sites. I am in a fix as to whether or not to go ahead with this investment. Rate offered is RS 650/Sft. Could anyone throw some light on this regard ?
