My advice is don't book with any Malibu Projects..to get confirmation on my words.. Please do visit their completed projects @ Ringroad,Bellandur. .If possible try to have talk with the present residents..,who are crying in the name of these two partners..

As far as I know yes the builder is going to provide OC for this project. See every builder has some pros and cons so do they. So before putting your money do a back ground check.

I stay in Kundalahalli and the key challenges in Kundalahalli are garbage clearance, blocked drains, traffic violations, and noise pollution in certain junctions. The existence of large potholed roads is also a common complaint from the localitys residents, as they pose a lot of danger on pedestrians and motorists alike.
Additionally, to add to the traffic woes, the construction of grade separators on HAL Airport Road is going to create heavy traffic jams for the next two years at least.

@afzal I don't understand why you didn't insist on the agreement in your name as soon as you put down the booking fee? If the builder doesn't give you an agreement then don't put down the deposit - basic stuff. Also its not exactly cheap to buy a ready-to-occupy flats is it? Those flats' price will be at least 25% expensive if you manage to locate one.
Yeah it is very true. the builder make up stories to get the booked flats cancelled so that they can sell them for higer prices. It is better to buy read to occupy apartments from this builder

Malibu Jasmine is located at Varthur Main Road. It is an ongoing project and the expected completion is by July 2016. The price of the apartment starts from Rs 33 lakhs . The project seems to be good and the builder is having good repo in the industry.
