Latest Answer: Hi I purchased a flat in Malibu Bonita Bellandur near ORR in 2013. No major issues with the builder, completion was on time and fitting and fixture quality as specified. There are about 10 projects in Bellandur area. Although I don't have much info about their Varthur project. What were your concerns?
