Sure, Bangalore real estate is booming and launch of Bangalore metro service favored real estate sector positively. Buying property in Bangalore as an investment will surely give good return in future.

The prices of the property around the metro is already high so it is better to buy the property now only. As in future the costs will only go upwards.
