Q:The project is still incomplete since 2014. The bores are already dried up, only 1 lift works at a time. Parking is not allocated yet. Land owner rents the parking space as if its his own. The building is not handed over yet.
Q:I had been to Gruha Kalyan office yesterday to know about the Domlur Project they have advertised in Newspaper. The project cost was advertised a 48.5 Lacs which is very chea when compared to prevailing current price in Domlur. Upon going to their office they asked me to enter my details and then took me to site visit to Domlur in their cab. It is behind Royal Orchid Hotel the location is very good seeing that anyone would easily dream of buying a flat in that location. In that land no work is going on its a just vacant land and they have put a temporary board which they can remove and run away anytime. After showing the land they took me to show the Model Flat which is near their office in HSR Layout. It is not actually a model flat it is a demo setup for home automation system which they are showing as their model flat. After showing that they took me back to their office they asked me which one I am booking I said I am interested in 2 BHK what is the least price they said today offer is going if you book it right away I will give 5 Lacs discount and they said 43 Lacs they are giving 2 BHK flat plus full interiors plus modular kitchen plus home automiation system. I started getting doubt when they started lure me by all this. And they forced me to pay 10 Lacs immediately I said I dont have 10 Lacs at present then they asked me how much I can pay I said I need time to think I will revert to you by tomorrow. They didnt allow me to go out also they put me in one room and asked me you take time and think. Even after repeatedly telling I have to go I cannot decide today they forced me to pay atleast 1 Lac by card. By god's grace I didn't even pay a single penny and I returened. After seeing the reviews posted here my suspect turned to be true. Thanks for all of you for sharing your valuable inputs. I pray to god that you all get back your money.

I have booked my property long before the proposed year of completion was 2015 December but as per my suggestion they are doing some extra interior works. I am planning to move to my new home before june or julai. for better resale value the construction quality is important. Quality building won't have any major problems for 20 -25 years or more. the resale value changes depending on the construction work quality to locality about 10%, 9-10 years from today. Classy and high-quality interiors cost more now. Please refer to the government guideline value for the this area and locality and add 15-20% to it for a reasonable estimate.
