Tejas Dafodil builder.

Q: The first block of this apparment is not complete and have being left incomplete with out providing basic amenities like generator, gym etc, though the money is taken. The builders are trying to complete the 2nd block and cheat people with same intention. Please be aware to deal with such builders. Contact the residents for more feedback.

hi, just wanted to know if it is land and papers are legally valid......they are saying they will give papers for verification after booking only....btw as of today plastering is going on for daffodils....

believing so many false promises , all the residents of block1 are suffering. he didnt even pay us back the amount which he has to and which was agreed upon.Just visit our flat and you will know the quality of work.

was good in begining but at last he did not stick to his promise and ask me to pay extra for the fittings that he had agreed before.Also charged uncessary legal and other charges that were additional burden above the flat cost.

Tejas Constructions is one of the old reputed builder in Bangalore. But before you invest please verify with builders and others property buyers.
