Is Tejas daffodils legally approved BBMP land?

Q: I have got to know that it does not provide generator facility and many more to the Sai Bloomingdale residents though money has already been collected from them.Can anybody specify more on the hicupps faced with Tejas Sai Bloomingdale and does the builder finish project within stipulated time or delay it to an extent and take extra charges on it as well.

hi, just wanted to know if it is land and papers are legally valid......they are saying they will give papers for verification after booking only....btw as of today plastering is going on for daffodils....

absolutely, they cannot provide basic amenities, forget about swiming pool, also their construction is slow and not upto the mark.

Yes you are right Shweta by delaying and providing incomplete projects the builder has lost the trust of many people. I heard that even the repair of bore-well is also left pending for long time. So please if you are planning to buy any plot in Tejas Daffodils please cross check with all the residents who have booked in the same project.
