Q: I am pursuing a purchase in the Ebony building at St John's Woods. I noticed that most apartments belong to BMTC/BDA. Are there any structural/value differences between Ebony building and the other buildings? Thanks,Raj
Value difference will always be there the apartment which are approved by BDA are legal approved. Those buildings which are not approved by BDA or BBMP are illegal buildings and demolition drive can take place any time.
