Q: Can anyone give em some feedback on Majestic Residency Tavarekare, Bangalore?

I went and checked the flats, their Construction quality is V.V.V.V.V poor and not that good locality to buy the for the price they are asking for 70-75L for 3 BHK . For this price you can buy 3 BHK at Shoba near surjapur. Road to forum and BTM are very congested.

That is what even I was talking about, that the construction quality of the project is very poor. Thanks for sharing you views about the project.

we recently bought an appartment in Majestic residency Thaverkere.it is very spaciously built appartment with all the facilities like Common swimming pool,lady's pool,Gym,Party Area,internal batminton court,kids play area,nice land scaping and plenty of open space.the best part is the proximity to everything.There is no water problem as there is cauvery and borewell supply. the negatives are mainly with respect to the poor finishing in the bathroom fittings.there is a drainage crossing the entrance but it is not creating any problems other than giving a negative impression at the gate.

I was also planning to book an apartment in Majestic Residency Tavarekare but I heard that the quality of construction is not good and people have already started complaining about the leakage and other problem. So Jayaraj if you get any feedback do let me know as it easier for me to make the decision regarding a buy.
