Purva Highlands - A good buy?

Q: Hi, we are thinking of buying a 3BHK flat in Purva Highlands. The builder is asking us Rs. 3390 per sq ft. Is that too expensive for the area? Also, can any current residents provide information about whether the area beside Highlands is being developed? Also, is there an association already formed by the residents of Purva highlands? Whats the deal wrt Khata Transfer?

PURAVANKARA Fraud! Yet another fraud case here @ MRIP option what they show in the newspaper ads. DO NOT GO FOR THIS! ITS A BIG TRAP!

I am a victim of Purva's blindfolding attempt to find investors to show the ongoing projects which were on hold for years and still on lots of uncertainty with their projects. There are numerous projects left unsold on their ready to move in projects struggling to find any investors. So to fill up the gaps and lessening the losses incurred Purva is trying to fool the new customer showibg fake project development to invest. After investing and loans opened they will cheat us saying the project has gone hold due to unknown reasons and will try to fill up all their left over properties at a higher rate. THE MRIP ADS WHAT PURVA IS SHOWING IS YET ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO CATCH THE NEW INVESTORS WHO WILL PUT THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY JUST TRUSTING THE BRAND. BUT THE REALITY IS ALL THE PROJECTS THEY ARE SHOWING IS EITHER ON SOME LEGAL ISSUES WITH UNCERTAINTY ON COMP

Hi Guys ,

I am simple guy trying to buy this property , this is what my experience was , the price what i was offered on Jan 29th 2014 was 3190 / SFT . if this is facing the pool side then it is 3190 +250 . 2BHK for non pool side facing is 60L and pool side facing is around 64 L and 3bhk is 70 L and 74 Lk for 1665 sft .

The builder speaks as if there are many people buying daily . Not sure if this is really correct , he said that yesterday what is available is not available today . He showed some OC , but said there is nothing like Katha as it does not come under BBMP . OC also showed some e-copy . I droped the idea as it was not clear if this is a legal property .

Yes. Numerous problems. No occupation certificate. Builder has depreciated the value of the property as the project is not even 35% sold since its launch in 2006! Not a good buy. And the sales representatives are giving a wrong picture of the property. It's defenitly a bad buy. I have decided against this.

There are something's that you will never get to know until you buy an apartment in Purva Highland. But before you buy an apartment, it is important to know what you are getting into. I am an owner of an apartment in Purva Highland. While your money can buy an apartment in Purva Highland, what it cannot buy is peace of mind. Never buy this property. You will be cheated. The builder has depreciated the property. There is no occupation certificate, there is water problem, it is noisy, you have to go through slum and is scary to stay.
